An Art Show One Morning...

If you want to be an artist, then you should spend time with artists. This was what I, and the wife, did one February morning. And this is also my first art show attended here in the Philippines in almost 8 years!

The wife and I had great fun viewing the art works and speaking with the some of the artists themselves. It was a very informative and great experience.

NB. This is actually a late post. The wife and I were still in the process of moving when this happened and we were still settling to our new place. Well, I am still settling in to our new place and, relatively, a new environ...

Ghost Tree in UC Berkeley - Fine Art Photography

These were taken on the UC Berkeley campus. Funny thing was, the next day, a wedding photographer used this same tree as background for her shots.

Mixing Colors - Fine Art Photography

I've always been fond of shots where I change the focal length of my lens while the sensor is exposed, like these:

However, one time, I decided to take pictures where I moved the camera side to side. Of course, you can only make these kinds of shots with a long exposure time, so I was lucky enough that it was a drab, cloudy autumn day. Yes, it would have been a "blah" day, but at least I was able to have a long exposure time and still get a proper exposure.

Autumn is always beautiful in Princeton, NJ and I decided to make some wild shots of it. These are what I produced.

Art on Ice at the Millenium Park Ice Rink

Art is everywhere and, as the great artists have found out, you only have to look to see it. While I am not a great artist, I was lucky enough to see the reflections of some of the magnificent buildings along North Michigan on the ice. These were the things I saw.

Being Sucked Into A Black Hole

Who would've thought that the best way to demonstrate a black hole is through, or rather underneath, the Cloud Gate.
