#SoccerScience Video by #TheShyPhotographer

Very happy to post my very first commissioned video shoot. This promotional video is for one of the summer activities at the Mind Museum at the Bonifacio Global City.

This was a really nice way of combining my love for photography/videography and science! FTW! :)

An Afternoon With HomeGrownPH

The Wife, @Reina_Reyes, gave a talk at the HomeGrownPH at the Ayala Museum. Other notable women also shared their insights on the values of being a woman, how to better themselves, and how to simply get what they want and deserve. A lone dude also gave a talk about the women around him... :)

These are my photos.

It was a fun afternoon and I am glad the wife took me to such an event. :)

An Art Show One Morning...

If you want to be an artist, then you should spend time with artists. This was what I, and the wife, did one February morning. And this is also my first art show attended here in the Philippines in almost 8 years!

The wife and I had great fun viewing the art works and speaking with the some of the artists themselves. It was a very informative and great experience.

NB. This is actually a late post. The wife and I were still in the process of moving when this happened and we were still settling to our new place. Well, I am still settling in to our new place and, relatively, a new environ...

Happy Birthday to the Love of My Life, @Reina_Reyes, the @PinayObserver

It is not everyday that the wife gets made up. So, after a video shoot, I decided that I would document the event also. These are some of my favorite photos. And since it's her birthday, I decided that this is the best time to out these photos. :)

Happy Birthday to my one and only. The mango ice cream is patiently waiting in the fridge... :)

NB: When a someone takes a photo using the built in flash, the photography community is up in arms and say that it's the most horrible way to make a portrait. But when Terry Richardson does it, it's art... I just don't get it... Anyway, when I made the photos of the wife, I only had my trusty Canon G15 with me. So, I made the photos the way Terry Richardson would make it: frontal lighting. I wonder how my readers will react...
